Patients must be medically stable. Most aircrafts are four to six seaters and often do not have pressurized cabins.
Passengers must be ambulatory, able to sit upright and fasten a seat belt.
There must be a verifiable financial need for the service.

Shrines
Hospital - Shriners Hospitals for Children is a network of 22 pediatric
hospitals in the U.S., Canada and Mexico providing specialized
care for orthopedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries and cleft
lip and palate. All services are provided at no charge.
Who needs this service?- almost every medical transport group will fly or refer all kinds of patients, including children and veterans, within their service area. Do not hesitate to ask any group for help. If they have any restrictions they will tell you.
How do I apply for this service? Each Organization has specific requirements, please contact them to apply.
What is the cost for this service? There is no fee for these services, however, there must be a verifiable financial need for the service.
